Official Notice:
1 Our Annual General Meeting(AGM) will be held on November 13th at Clackamas Spaghetti Factory.
This is important that coaches come too this meeting.
You decide who is on the board next year and vote on bylaw changes that will affect some important aspects of how the club is run.

All coaches are entitled to a complimentary dinner. If you have a working assistant coach, you can request that they also receive a complimentary dinner. Wives, significant others, and other parents can purchase their meal for $14. This includes all the costs including the tip.

This is a RSVP event and you must RSVP before November 3rd with your selection of your dinner. Please go to the main page of our web site to see what Board positions are up for election, the current bylaws, the proposed bylaws and your choice for the meal(one of three).

If you would like to or know someone that would be willing to fill a board position, they can be nominated before or the night of the AGM. Nominees do not need to be present.

2 There is a Soccer Club night at Pizza Baron this Thursday. You can purchase a Family pizza for $17 and a % goes to the club. You must use the coupon that is on the web site to get the special and the donation to the club.

3 At 1 pm on Sunday October 26th, there will be coaches soccer game at Menlo Park. This can be a fun event and a way for the coaches to get to know each other better. Assistant coaches and board members are also invited. Play at your own risk, Soccer shoes and shin guards are recommended
