the main thing to be discussed is the different volunteer positions and expanding the list we have

Coaches
The new volunteer policy will help you find team parents, assistant coaches, and people to set up your fields when needed.

All those positions qualify for the volunteer hours. I have not mentioned team parent in the emails to all parents so that as coaches you have more control(and less pressure) in choosing your team parent.

This being a new policy we are still formulating the best way to track hours.
I assume coaches and assistant coaches would be well more than 10 hours and team parents at least 5 hours ( or more ??)

I think we all find a lot more help than we had before
