Dear Coaches

Just wanted to let everyone know that there is a coaches clinic on July18 from 9am to 12pm @ Ronn Russel Middle School.
I will be there to hand out equipment and coaches roster and manuel at 12pm. We also have a coaches meeting on July 25
at Pizza Baron at 11am if you are unable to make the July 18 time. As coaches it is mandatory that you attend one of these
dates or you will not recieve your equipment or roster.lease let me know which date you will be attending so I make sure to
have all your equipment. I also need some of you coaches to call your last year players that have not signed up yet.
If you want to contact me I will let you know who has signed up and then give you last years roster so you can call your players.
It looks so far that U11 girls & boys need more players, U-12 girls and U-12 Boys need more players, U13 &14 boys and girls need players.
These age brackets have very little players on them so please contact me so we can figure out how tho get your returning players to
sign up.

FYI: If your not able to attend any of those coaches meeting you will need to make other arrangment for PU. I will not be hand delivering
myself.

FYI : It is a requirment to have all players contacted by Aug.5th.
