Thank You to those of you who made it to the last meeting and also those that let me know that you were going to miss it.
Email dialog can help keep everyone informed of what is going on.

I have created a new mailing list with in our mailing program just for people volunteering to help with the Jamboree

Next Jamboree Meeting Mon June 22 at 7pm at Pizza Baron

If you can't make the meeting, email me before Friday this week with any comments, opinions or ??
I will be out of town and miss the meeting, but will pass your email on to Sandi who will be leading the meeting
(at least until someone offers to be in charge of the Jamboree)

At the last meeting we discussed the location options of
Ventura Park
Ron Russel
Gilbert Heights
High School baseball field

More info is being gathered before a location is finalized

Other discussions included food options, with the resolve to only have one meal vendor so that it makes it worth their while to set up
For carnival games we are checking with some of the PTAs to see if we can borrow their equipment including maybe doing snow cones

We still need various positions of responsibility to be filled, so if you are willing to be
Head Jamboree Chair, Site coordinator, or carnival games coordinator, we need your help

Once we have the teams made up the beginning of Aug, we can make a game and picture schedule , After that is distributed to everyone, we can set up a schedule for volunteer time slots
