1 There is a Soccer Club night at Pizza Baron this Thursday. You can purchase a Family pizza for $17 and a % goes to the club. You must use the coupon that is on the web site to get the special and the donation to the club.

2 This is a time for the parents to be planning for the team's year end party and making a decision on trophies.

3 Our Annual General Meeting(AGM) will be held on November 13th at Clackamas Spaghetti Factory.
The coaches vote for next year's board and vote on bylaw changes that will affect some important aspects of how the club is run.
We are proposing bylaws that would allow one team parent to vote at the AGM
You can purchase your meal for $14. This includes all the costs including the tip.

This is a RSVP event and you must RSVP before November 3rd with your selection of your dinner. Please go to the main page of our web site to see what Board positions are up for election, the current bylaws, the proposed bylaws and your choice for the meal(one of three).

If you would like to or know someone that would be willing to fill a board position, they can be nominated before or the night of the AGM. Nominees do not need to be present.
