TIME: Dinner at 6:30, meeting at 7pm

LOCATION: The Old Spaghetti Factory in Clackamas

It is time to select a new board for our soccer club and we need nominations.

IF YOU HAVE NOT RSVP'd YET, PLEASE DO SO NOW,

I NEED TO HAVE A COUNT OF ATTENDEES TO THE SPAGHETTI FACTORY BY TUESDAY MORNING!

WE STILL NEED MORE VOLUNTEERS TO FILL BOARD POSITIONS, YOU CAN CALL ME AT 503-761-0514 OR EMAIL ME AT jimb@ddsoccer.org

You can nominate yourself or anyone that you feel would do a good job in the position, but please ask them if they would accept the nomination before you send us the nomination!

Changes to our Club Bylaws are alos voted on at the AGM

We have over 12 Bylaw Amendment Proposals that will be voted on.

If you have a proposal for a bylaw amendment, it must be submitted in writing by October 16th

Each Head Coach and Each Board member will receive a complimentary dinner for themselves and one guest

Additional meals can be purchased for $15 per person, Payable on Night of AGM
