Micro League Program
The Micro program is designed to develop a player's skill and "touch"
of the ball. The matches are played with 3 vs. 3 teams to maximize the
involvement. 2 games are going on side by side fields at the same time for a single
team. There is no score keeping or win/loss record, as the joy of the
game and a player's self confidence are the important measures of a
team and individual player's success.
The Micro program is designed for boys and girls that meet the soccer
criteria for 4 year olds to 6 year olds, typically Preschool through first grade.
Boys and Girls play on the same team and will have various degrees of
soccer experience.
Recreation League Program
The Recreation program is designed for players to continue
learning the basic skills associated with soccer and to enjoy
themselves. This is a less-competitive than classic soccer, having fun and learning
soccer skills is the priority.
The recreation program features separate boys and girls' programs.
Experience levels vary dramatically from several years to none.
Classic League Program
Classic soccer is for the youth soccer player who wants the maximum challenge and whose family is in a position to dedicate significant weekend time. Classic teams are highly competitive and travel around the region playing the top teams from other cities. Classic is subdivided into three Classic divisions: Premier, Division I, and Division II. The Premier division is a league consisting of the top teams in the State and travel is state-wide. Division I and Division II Classic teams are scheduled regionally limiting travel. Playing time is not as equitable as in Recreational Soccer, playing time is based on ability and performance.
