DDHS Summer Kids Soccer Camp

When: Monday, August 11th - Thursday, August 14th from 6:30pm-8:00pm
Where: Palermini Stadium at David Douglas High School (1500 SE 130th Ave, Portland OR 97233)
Cost: $40 / player and includes a Scots Soccer shirt.
This camp is open to any youth entering grades K through 5th in the fall of 2025. Learn soccer from the State Qualifying David Douglas HS Girls and Boys Varsity and JV Soccer programs at this fun and interactive youth soccer camp. HS Coaches and David Douglas Soccer Club Volunteers will also be on staff.

Fall DDSC Family Meeting

DDSC will host a family meeting on Wednesday, August 13th at 7pm during the summer camp at David Douglas High School stadium for families to meet our board members and learn more about the upcoming Fall 2025 season!

Recreational Soccer (3rd–8th Grade)

Registration Window: June 1 – August 1
($10 late fee applies after August 1)
Cost: $110/player
Uniform Fee: $45/player
Season Dates: August 18 – October 26
Practices Begin: Week of August 18
Practice Locations: Cherry, Ventura, or Menlo Parks (TBD by team coaches)
Practice Days/Times: 2x per week (days/times TBD by team coaches)

Micro Soccer (PK–2nd Grade)

Registration Window: June 1 – August 22
($10 late fee applies after August 22)
Cost: $80/player
Uniform Fee: $45/player
Season Dates: September 3 – October 26
Practice Day: Wednesdays only
Time & Location: 5:30–6:30pm @ Cherry Park

To create more teams and give kids more playing time, we need parent volunteers for:

No experience necessary—just a willingness to support your team!

The David Douglas Soccer Club is a non-profit, community based program dedicated to sharing our vision and love of the game of soccer. Located in East Portland, Oregon, DDSC Recreational Soccer League is a league available for children who are 4 years old through 8th grade who want to learn skills and play soccer purely for the fun of it.

DDSC Used Equipment and Uniform Coordinator Jessica Giannettino has put together a gear swap page. This is a community shared project hosted by one of our player's family. Please see if there's any gear that you can use and donate old soccer gear and uniforms so that our players in our community can continue to use it!
